Black Citadel - ( PvP )
Built upon the ruins of the human city of Rin, the Black Citadel is the headquarters of the charr legions in Ascalon. Siege devices and mechanical traps are constructed here before being deployed to battle. Near its center, there is a large arena. Battle advice is discussed here.
